If the exact date of loss is not known, enter the date you discovered the loss.
If you know your Policy Number, select 'Policy Number', otherwise, select 'Property Information' and enter your Postal Code.
Enter your policy number without any letters or dashes. (e.g. if your policy number is 'H12345678-9', you will enter it as '123456789').
Enter your postal code without any spaces. ('S0S0S0').
